We use USPS and UPS for shipping. Shipping is charged at the time of purchase for an amount that will cover the estimated postage and an amount based on the difference of the actual shipping costs will be refunded to the original payment method. We also will use your air carrier of choice when going to remote areas of Alaska (Wrights Air, Bering Air, Everets Air and Lynden, Alaska Air cargo). This is done on a COD basis with the air carrier. Delivery to the Air Cargo service is free. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. Item must clean (no dog hair, no smell, no soiling), and have all tags and packaging intact to be fully refunded. If enrolled as a VIB (Very Important Beaver) you have 90 days instead of 30. The restocking fee is normally 15% if these requirements are not met.
